Ready to Join San Diego H.O.G.? Download the PDF file below, fill it out and send it in to us. That is all it takes. We will need your National H.O.G. Number in order to join our chapter. If you do not have that number yet, you can call 1-800-Club-HOG with your name and VIN # and they can give you your National Number.

Waiver Release Forms for Adults and Minors.

If you are going to be bringng a guest, either a passenger or rider, Adult or Minor, we need to have you fill out one of these forms for Insurance and Liability reasons. If you download them and fill them out before we gather for the ride, we'll end up saving everyone some time.
